Boarding ticket
You can book directly online by clicking “Buy a Ticket” in the top right corner, or by calling our reservation agents.
The payment confirmation you receive by email serves as your ticket for boarding on the scheduled date and time of your cruise.
PLEASE NOTE: Some ticket offices are operated by the cruise operators (cities or organizations). When you book tickets for one of these cruises, you will be redirected to the operator’s website. We encourage you to contact the operator for current rates and policies.
Advance booking
Advance booking is required for most cruises. Tickets cannot be purchased on-site.

Children
Children of all ages are allowed on board. Special rates apply for children (see the detailed rates for each cruise). Reservations are required even for children and babies.
Wheelchairs
We recommend that you contact customer service before making your reservation. We will do our best to ensure that you can participate in the cruise.

Most of our cruises offer a bar service with or without snacks. Please inquire beforehand to find out what services are offered on the cruise that interests you.

We accept credit card payments only. Cash is no longer accepted on board.

No refunds. Exchange possible subject to availability no later than 8 days before your original booking date. Schedules, fares and itineraries subject to change.

All our boats are smoke-free.
Dogs and assistance dogs
No animals are permitted on board, with the exception of assistance dogs.
Assistance dogs are accepted subject to the following conditions:
- The dog must wear a visual identifier (harness, bandana, or other) displaying the logo of the organization that trained it.
- The owner may be required to present an official document from the organization certifying the dog’s training.
Please contact our reservation agents to inform them if you will be traveling with an assistance dog.
Difference between a shuttle, a cruise, and a private event
- River shuttles are public transportation services for workers, tourists, and other users.
- Cruises are open to the public for trips ranging from one to a few hours. Various themes are offered, whether it’s learning about the surrounding area with a guide, discovering delicious Quebec products, watching fireworks, and much more.
- Private events are group bookings ranging from 2 to 350 people, depending on the location and type of event. Our various boats and private island are perfect for weddings, corporate parties, or any other celebration.
