The payment confirmation received by email serves as your ticket for boarding on your scheduled shuttle date.

Bicycles are accepted on all our shuttles. They are carried at the risk of their owners.

We recommend that you contact customer service to validate the type of boat assigned to the cruise. We will do our best to allow you to embark.

Children

Shuttles N1, N2, N3 and N6 are free for children aged 11 and under accompanied by a person aged 14 and over. This person may not accompany more than 5 children.

Payment

The PVP, BCH, MMB and MMC shuttles do not accept cash. However, it is possible to use your OPUS card if you have a valid pass. The other shuttles accept debit, credit and cash.
