Public cruises
A cruise-excursion has a pre-established schedule, a fixed price and a specific theme. It allows you to discover the jewels of the St-Laurent River in a completely different way at very competitive prices. Navark offers a series of cruise-excursions allowing you to discover the nautical world. Just when you think you’ve seen everything about the St-Laurent River, there’s still more to see. What cruises are offered ?
NAVARK offers 4 different types of cruises: Culinary cruises, fireworks cruises, discovery cruises and 5@7 cruises.

What services are offered on board the boats?
A cash bar service is available on all our cruises.

Are animals allowed?
Animals are not allowed on our boats. Only assistance dogs are allowed (Mira dog).

Is it possible to bring food or drinks?
It is possible to bring a snack and a drink as long as it is not alcoholic. No alcohol is allowed on board the boats.

Reservations It is possible to book directly online on our website by clicking on “Buy tickets” on the top right.
Please note that some ticket offices are run by the cruise organizers. We therefore invite you to consult our “cruises” page to check on which site to book.
River shuttles
River shuttles are a mode of public transportation linking different cities. We have more than a dozen shuttle services around Montreal. For several years now, they have been part of the cocktail of solutions allowing you to travel between the Island of Montreal and the South Shore.
The river is a path, not an obstacle.

Where can I find the address of the docks?
The address of the docks is indicated in the confirmation email received after the ticket purchase. It can also be consulted online on our website on the shuttle pages.

Are bicycles allowed on the river shuttles?
Bicycles are allowed on board the shuttles within the limits of available seats. It is advisable to indicate that you have a bicycle when purchasing your ticket.

Are wheelchairs accepted on board?
Wheelchairs are allowed on board the shuttles within the limits of available seats. However, some platforms do not allow wheelchair access. It is recommended that you call the reservations department before purchasing your tickets to ensure that you can board the shuttle.

Are animals allowed?
Pets must be transported in a closed cage or bag with no possibility of getting out. Assistance dogs are allowed, but they must wear a visual identification element, such as the logo of the training organization, or you must be able to present a document from the specialized organization indicating their training.

Are tickets for public transport services accepted on board river shuttles?
- Shuttles N1, N2, N3 and N6 accept certain tickets purchased on an OPUS card.
For a journey in zone A: N3 (Old Port – Pointe-aux-Trembles)
- Weekly, monthly and 4month passes, All modes A
- Monthly passes All modes AB, All modes ABC, All modes ABCD, TRAM 4 and TRAM 6 Sainte-Martine or Marieville
For journeys between zones A and B: N1, N2,
- Monthly passes All modes AB, All modes ABC, All modes ABCD, TRAM 4 and TRAM 6 Sainte-Martine or Marieville
For a journey between zones A, B and C: N3 (Pointe-aux-Trembles – Varennes journey), N6
- Monthly passes for All modes ABC, All modes ABCD and TRAM 6 Sainte-Martine or Marieville
Since 1 July 2023, people aged 65 and over who are entitled to free public transport in zone A
public transport in zone A can also travel free of charge on river shuttles between
river shuttles between the Old Port and Pointe-aux-Trembles. To do so, they must
present their OPUS card with photo and their free pass.

What services are offered on board the boats?
The river shuttles do not offer additional services on board the boats.
